I like to explore music, feelings, and sounds. I generally don't start with too much intentionality other than a scale and a tempo in mind. From there I figure out what mood I'm in and what chords and movements sound good. The rest kind of flows out of that.

As I'm working, certain harmonies and progressions start triggering feelings—sometimes memories, sometimes imagined scenes. That's when the music tells me what it's actually about. I follow that thread and build everything around whatever emotion is emerging.

What comes out tends to be melancholy synth pieces and retrofuture soundscapes—music for feelings and places that don't have easy names. Also sometimes pig-themed EDM, because people contain multitudes and not everything needs to be serious.
